Haastyle Martial Arts Academy (formally East Coast School of Self Defense) was owned and operated since 2003 by Russ & Mindy Haas, both actively training in martial arts for some 20 years. Mr. Haas is a 3rd-degree black belt in the Counterpoint Tactical System promoted by the system's founder Master Zach Whitson. He also holds a 4th-degree black belt in Cacoy Doce Pares Eskrima promoted by Master Whitson and the living legend Ciriaco

Terrific martial arts school taught by a dedicated staff. In addition to self defense, the school also offers fitness classes as well. Fantastic place to learn the martial arts for all ages.
