Shane began his career in the Pharmaceutical industry where he developed a skill-set that made him a top ranked sales professional within his company. Shane's focus is been on putting the needs of customers first and providing them with a product that will benefit their business. Shane decided early on that pushing his way into clients businesses and overselling a product that would not be advantageous was simply not the way he wanted conduct business. It is this client-centered attitude that made for a perfect transition into the mortgage industry. In 2002, Shane accepted a position as a loan officer with a local mortgage company. As he incorporated his philosophical business ideas, Shane was able to become the top producing loan officer in the firm. All the while, he remained true to his value system with the ultimate goal of providing the right loan product for his clients and helping them achieve their dream of home ownership. Over the past seven years, Shane has become an integral part of the mortgage community in the Greater Hickory Metro of North Carolina. In 2005, Shane opened Foothills Mortgage & Equity so he could continue to service the community and ensure that his client-centered philosophy was embraced throughout the company. Over this time, Shane has provided a high level of service to the community, emphasizing honesty and integrity in his business transactions. Lesa has worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 20 years with specific experience in real estate sales, development and property management during her career. During her early years, Lesa focused on assisting existing home owners with leveraging their equity to improve their financial position. Regardless of whether her clients were consolidating debt, making an addition to their home or reducing their interest rates, Lesa worked diligently to assist her customers in making the right decision. In 2006 Lesa utilized her experience and opened her own mortgage brokerage company. Her experiences there led to an invaluable knowledge in purchase money transactions as well as investor and commercial transactions. Due to market conditions and a drastic consolidation in the mortgage industry, Lesa decided to partner with Foothills Mortgage and Equity, Inc in order to better leverage her expertise to assist her clients.
