Greystone Bank is an FDIC-insured, North Carolina chartered bank headquartered in Raleigh. Since its opening in late 2004, the Bank has grown in size to more than $700 million in assets with nationwide lending programs. Building on the experience and expertise of our affiliate companies, the Bank has specialized in short-to-midterm financing for multi-family housing, healthcare facilities and commercial enterprises. Additionally, the Bank has an active program for financing short-term, government-insured rehabilitated student loans. The Bank works closely with its affiliate Greystone companies, which include industry leaders in FHA and Fannie Mae financing as well as commercial loan servicing, to provide access to a full array of commercial real estate finance programs. Funding for the Bank relies heavily on competitive deposit products delivered via the Internet and on escrow and wholesale deposits. These deposits are FDIC-insured to $250, 000 per depositor.
