Unprofessional, they can't tell costumers before they charge you or go up to pay that they would be paying more. Bad business practices. They also can't do a manicure it looked sloppy.

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten! Definitely don't recommend. Now I can understand why it wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon
