Gracie Lake Norman Jiu-Jitsu & Self-Offense offers exceptional instruction and training in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Located in Mooresville, NC, our large 2,500 sq. ft. facility offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for men, women, and children new to the martial art and for those already familiar with BJJ. We first opened our doors in 2009 and have been empowering students of all ages, physicalities, skill levels and more. At Gracie Lake Norman, you will learn authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Offense from certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black & brown belts who were taught by Royce Gracie (UFC Champion & Hall of Fame Inductee) for over 14 years and, currently, Luiz Palhares, an 8th degree Red/White belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
