Chicago Medical Innovations (CMI) was formed by Dr Lipov in 2009. In the last 2 years LTC (ret) Rick Cantwell and Dr Lipov have been working together to help the Veterans and active duty personnel by treating their PTSD /PTSI with stellate ganglion blocks (SGB). Rick's influence, Dr Lipov's clinical successes, and Lane Ostrow's executive leadership have led to the name change of CMI to Global Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Foundation (
