History

I started the business in the Spring of 2016. I am a professionally trained Chef with many years of hands on experience as well as grew up on the farm. Its all about local and fresh in my opinion. I have hand crafted all of the recipes I use to make our products through trial and error as well as my Culinary Skills. Wanted to have something that was truly Local and Homemade!!

Specialties

We are a locally owned and operated Family Farm Homemade Ice Cream Shop. We also have Shaved Ice, Shaved Snow Cream, Kettle Corn, Lemonade, Orangead, Doughnuts and much more as the Seasons progress. Everything we sell is made inhouse using Ingredients from the farm or locally sourced. Without being organic we are the closest thing to it.
