Thick and hearty. Today's soup of the day is chicken and dumplings. Sorry it was too good to take a photo of before it was inhaled. Very tasty.

I highly recommend the Full Rack of Ribs if you're looking for a great meal. The coleslaw is very nice as well with the hand cut fries.
