History

Spring water farms took root as a result of a 20 plus year experienced beef and vegetable farmer's dream. In early 2013 the final stage came about as a result of a land purchase. Although the vegetable farm is fairly new, it has a great variety of plants growing! Healthy Beef... It's important to us that all of our cattle are very well cared for and humanely raised in a natural and healthy environment. We take pride in offering high quality, local home grown beef for our customers. You won't find added preservatives, animal bi-products, hormones or growth enhancing antibiotics in our beef. Instead, we prefer to offer a more desirable and natural product and only add a healthy grain prior to harvesting for the enhancement of the beef's flavor and marbling. We also dry age our beef prior to trimming for superior tenderness and flavor. Lean, juicy, and robust with flavor; your family will taste the difference every time. Stop by and sample a steak or two!
