Chefs' Mike Bader and Alex Allson launched FluentFare Supper Club in late 2021. Bringing together diverse culinary backgrounds, Mike and Alex have built their careers in corporate fine dining, the restaurant trade, catering, broad line food supply, and personal cheffing. Although still very much in the early start-up stages, the two chefs feel there is a significant market for a more refined take-out service in Charlotte and the surrounding area, and this is especially true with the continuing pandemic and the resulting reluctance to dining out.
Specialties
FluentFare Supper Club offers high-end multi-course menus for in-home entertaining. We eliminate the pressure of providing great food for that special gathering. Our approach allows the client to serve indulgent, yet dietary appropriate food that inspires and helps create memories. Each course is beautifully and responsibly packaged, and accompanied with warming and plating instructions. The host and their guests are encouraged to have fun with an attempt at expertly plating the food like the pros. We offer add-ons to our menu: hors d'oeuvres, caviar, and charcuterie are some examples as well as protein substitutes. FluentFare can be booked through Tock, the reservation app.
