This is a great company to work for! They pay more than competitors. They have a bonus program. Ongoing training if you are interested and they really care about the employees.

After seeing what a difference a great caregiver made in our family member's life, and understanding that caregivers often aren't appreciated by their employers Ken and Mary Ellen were drawn into providing senior care to pursue their love of the elderly. They purchased FirstLight Home Care of Greater Charlotte in March of 2016, when it had one client and one caregiver. Since then it has exploded into the fastest growing home care agency in the Charlotte area, opening our Fort Mill office in March 2018.
