Just tried to cash a check here today and it was an actual First Citizens Bank check. They gave me crap about it and said they had to contact the account holder just in case it was fraudulent!!!...

Worst bank ever. Do not open an account here or get a loan. Trying to get a balance statement on my car loan since for some reason you can't view a loan online unless you have a checking account....
