Requested the sub to not be heated and it was heated, I don't care for hot lettuce, tomato, and mayo. They substituted items without asking.

New Firehouse subs has opened within past 2 months still working out some of the kinks. The bonus to this location....A DRIVE THRU!!!! I have visited it several times since they have opened....

Harlem on 127. I felt that the drive thru was very unproductive and has lack of productivity. That being said not worth ur wait or time and everyone seems to be rude and disrespectful as well!!
