Very surprised this location has good ratings. We can never get our order right without feeling like they hate it in there. After 3 visits, we rather drive to a further one.

I am a fan of Firehouse subs but not this location. Go to a different one. The folks working here are more focused on socializing with each other than serving subs to customers.
