This FedEx only ships packages. They don't seem to offer any other services. They seem to be short staffed. I had to wait despite being the only costumer in the store. The employee that did help...

Package marked as missed delivery at 9:45am and never knocked on door. Photo of Delivery attempt shows they didn't leave a delivery slip either. Now I have to wait till 5pm to go to the location...

Put package in the container that says DELIVERIES instead of out in the weather. Such disrespectful service from fedex. Pitiful!!

Said would be delivered Friday never delivered then said would delivery Saturday never came and they cancelled my whole order.

RUDE RUDE .. so bad that if I find a company is using FedEx for shipping, I will not reuse that company because I would have to come here in case I missed my package
