Falconbridge Animal Hospital was started with a love of animals and a desire to provide pets with the best health care possible. We began serving pets in the Durham and Chapel Hill area in 1996. In the fall of 2011, Falconbridge Animal Hospital moved to our current location on Hwy 54 near the intersection of Hwy 751/Hope Valley Rd. The new, expanded veterinary hospital was designed and built specifically for us. Our mission is to be your first choice for superior veterinary care. Our knowledgeable team will partner with you, the client, to hear and address your concerns and provide personalized care for your pet. Caring for your pets is not just our job, it is our passion.
