Since graduating from residency, Ive been implementing lifestyle medicine, which uses diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and behaviors to treat or prevent disease. Its most rewarding when lifestyle medicine is able to help people lose weight and feel like new people. When I'm not at work, my hobbies include include volleyball, weightlifting, writing, singing and drawing.
