one lady in particular was rude and unfriendly , had it not been for this one staff member , my stay would have been better. the stafff got mad and rude when asked a simpl question.

The general manager Shanique is very rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. She takes unnecessary breaks, puts people out for no reason, speaks very rudely and nasty to customers.
