This is a small golf resort that is being refurbished by a new owner. It has 3 Nine holes, clubhouse, pro shop, restaurant and lodging. It is located just outside of Hendersonville on route 64....

Etowah Valley Country Club & Golf Course offers its members a variety of activity options. The club s golf fairways are as large as 9,000 square feet. Three nine-hole courses allow members to play a variety of 18-hole combinations with four tee positions. Its full-service Pro Shop staff is available to assist in all golf and tennis needs and offers private lessons daily. For tennis lovers, the club has a number of hydro-clay tennis courts. It also offers opportunities to play croquet. Lodging includes the more than 70 room Golf Lodge that overlooks the golf course, Overlook Cottages that have two bedrooms and two baths, Lakeview Cottages, the Holly House that is a furnished home and Presidential Suite packages. Other amenities to the club include fitness center, heated outdoor pool, two restaurants, outdoor pavilion for cookouts and horseshoe pits. Review is for the room, did not play golf. Close to Hendersonville, a great town with lots of shops. Asheville is about 30-40 minutes and there is major construction on 26 causing traffic...

It could be great. The course has a great layout.... And it stops there. Lots of play and it's obvious it caters to an older crowd, which is fine. We've brought large groups multiple times and...

Probably the worst kept golf course in memory. No effort made to maintain bunkers (an embarrassment) , cart paths, or even greens. Playable if you have five hours or so to kill. Bring your own...

Made a reservation Saturday night for a brunch for 5 on Sunday morning at 11:00. Arrived at 10:50 and no one was there to get us... There was one table set for five, assumed it was for us....
