Construction began on-site here November of 2012. We've just opened our clubhouse and began preleasing in May of 2013. Our first apartment is set to open in August of 2013 and we are now accepting waitlist applications at this time. Our community is professionally managed by Greystar and is the newest apartment community in Wake Forest, NC.
