The rep Kenzie here is the worst customer service I have ever seen in any business of any kind. She booked a reservation for me, which I then booked a flight for. She later called back two hours...

Horrible experience. I book my reservation weeks in advance. Wait more than one hour in line and then told their cars arent here. We have to wait. They dont know how long they dont know anything....
