Ellis Farms

Ellis Farms is a small family farm located in the foothills of North Carolina, dedicated to providing the best products possible to their customers. They raise pasture-raised pork and chicken, as well as Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats for their high-fat milk content. In addition, they continue a family tradition of making sorghum molasses, using sorghum cane grown on their farm.

Their chickens are raised on pasture, resulting in great-tasting meat with excellent texture.
