I absolutely LOVE living here!!! Totally secure property that's sooooo close to all of the bars and restaurants downtown! It's a 4 minute walk or a $3 Uber...I've lived in houses for the last 25...

Tenants pay a required $25 "valet trash fee" each month. If you have too much trash or leave it out at the wrong time, someone will leave a note at your door. Many people end up taking their trash...
