I've never seen this at any Dunkin' but if you get an iced coffee here, and you prefer to have less ice, the workers will only fill the cup up 3/4 of the way. I asked if they could fill my drink...

This particular Dunkin is horrible. They're always out of SOMETHING so if you order through an app, rest assured you'll be charged for SOMETHING and they won't have it. Oh, and you'll wait 3 days...
