Walked into an empty shop, an employee was out in the lobby moving inventory around the shelves. Zero acknowledgment and then walked to behind the counter but did not appear at the counter but...

Everything bagel tasted like chemicals & was clearly microwaved. The donuts were stale and the drive thru employee was rude. Will not be back- sorry excuse for a Dunkin.

Be aware: Incredibly absolutely incredibly SLOW service. Online order placed. 40 minutes later still waiting for order. If had not paid already, would've given up.
