Not great at all these past few months. 20 minutes for drive thru?? I just out of my car and went inside and still had to wait 10 minutes. I get being short staffed sometimes but this is happening...

A worker at the register she doesn't give out an extra spoon for my ice cream. DO BETTER all I was asking for was a single spoon to actually eat my ice cream. smh

I love Dunkin' Donuts, especially when the Jhon leaves early today, customer service is great had assistance by Laura and every time she is so helpful and has this great attitude i got the toasted...
