This store needs to hire more staff! This time that I came I waited almost 5 minutes at the speaker to be able to say my order. I feel like every time I'm here they're overburdened and slow....

The lady at the window literally has such attitude. She is super rude and has no manners, nor does she have customer service skills. She's diminishing Dunkin!
