History

Coore and Crenshaw Golf Course Design came to Pinehurst to work on Pinehurst #2 and while they were here they designed and created another club on a great tract of land that is a testament to their eco-friendly method of building; very litle earth moved and light forest displacement. It is a treat to walk this course even with 100 foot elevation changes. One of Golf Digest's Top 30 Public Courses

Legacy Golf Links

Legacy Golf Shop features a range of merchandise and gift certificates and is operated by Legacy Golf Links, which maintains golf shops and provides balls, shirts and bag tags. The club features a pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant and lounge, as well as locker rooms and tennis courts. Its snack bar offers a variety of beers and wines. Legacy Golf Links provides accommodations in Golf and Lakefront condominiums that have a kitchens and dining rooms and provide food services.
