Taking a star away. This place does not answer their phone. Need a receptionist. I've been waiting in the lobby to bathe my dog for about ten minutes, per the sign on the door inside.

Super nice staff. Normally washed our pooch in the garden tub at home. This is sooo much easier. You stand up instead of kneel. They provide all the soap, conditioners, brushes, and towels....
