So I decided to walk to this boba spot after eating lunch. What I can say is from the outside, it's in a nice spot up high on the hill! Easy to spot out. Walking in the atmosphere is very chill....

Service is great, atmosphere and energy is blissful for any anime and tea lover. Highly recommend the chicken Bánh mì with sriracha!!
