Definitely worth checking out, lots of artists studio, real artistic sense and an intimate feeling as well. Charlotte has potential.

The space is really nice, restored but not overly so (floors still creaky, love that). It comes across as sort of a hobby studio for the ultra rich. I've seen a lot of artist lofts/shared spaces...
