Descending Angels first opened in Trinity, NC in 2008. Our studio has grown over the years, and we are now located at a beautiful space in downtown Greensboro.

Descending Angels has been serving the Triad area and beyond since 2008. Our studio is a welcoming, supportive space for all adults to explore movement without judgement. Whether you are taking a class to get fit, find confidence or to feel more sensual, both your instructors and your fellow classmates will encourage you to develop to your full potential. We have several options to choose from - pole dance and fitness classes, Liquid Motion, Fly Gym, and other various strengthening and flexibility classes along with occasional workshops. We also host parties to celebrate your special event. These include pole parties and burlesque and striptease style parties for birthdays, special get-togethers and bachelorette parties.

I love this place! I have been going to the descending angle pretty much once a week for 2 years now. The owner/ instructor Nikki is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love working out at the studio!
