We offer a safe, compassionate alternative to the emergency room or psychiatric hospitalization for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, or emotional crises. Our 23-hour observation unit allows patients to receive short-term care, crisis stabilization, and thorough assessments from licensed clinicians, nurses, and qualified professionals. At Rowan BHUC, we focus on rapid therapeutic interventions to help individuals manage their symptoms, reduce immediate risks, and connect with appropriate community-based resources or longer-term treatment if needed.
