Once repairs are needed you will find out that the quality is not there, corners cut at every turn. More like David WEAKLY HOMES.

Beware of David Weekley Homes landscape warranty: After 5 months in our new home, we're told by builder rep. that extreme erosion on lot due to drainage issues unlikely to be corrected by them....

If you are looking for quality, look elsewhere. Honesty, Integrity, you better keep shopping in that department as well. I wish you could return a house during the warranty period. Instead we...
