Dr. Delisha Moore, a native of Roanoke Rapids, NC, earned her B.S. in Biology from East Carolina University and her Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 1995. She has been practicing at the Roanoke Rapids location since 1997.
