Dashi is a Japanese ramen shop and izakaya (Japanese pub) in Downtown Durham, North Carolina. Centering on exquisite ramen noodle bowls, our menu also features innovative small plates and a unique whisky, bourbon, sake and shochu lists. Enjoy steaming noodle bowls in our first floor ramen shop, or small plates upstairs in the izakaya! Soon after we opened in February, Indy Week readers voted Dashi Best Japanese Restaurant in Durham and Best New Restaurant in Durham, and Dashi was runner up for Best New Business in Durham!
