They're nice, you gotta be patient and respectful. I like the facility, I'm used to Biolife's newer machine but this is fine.

I have no issues with the staff because they're awesome...now, but the app is terrible! I couldn't open the app after donating, I shorted $10 and when the app did open, it didn't even record that...

TAZ was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't have to poke me all over and wasn't rough. Found it in her first try and didn't even feel it. Highly recommended you ask for her if you come!
