CrossFit Haywood is the first CrossFit box to open in Waynesville, NC (Haywood County) on April 15, 2013. Ever since that day we have grown and expanded and look forward to what is to come.

CrossFit is a core and strength conditioning program. The structure of CrossFit is designed to optimize physical competence in each ten recognized fitness domains which include the following: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. This is achieved through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity! Here at CrossFit Haywood every workout will be guided and instructed by a Certified CrossFit Trainer. The workouts are designed to be challenging to the most elite athlete with the scalability to meet the needs of those just beginning CrossFit.
