Courts Plus Fitness Center offers various choices of activities. It offers activities for adults, such as basketball, tanning, personal training and volleyball. The center also conducts aerobics, aqua aerobics classes and aquatics, including indoor pools, courts plus otters, outdoor pool and pool parties. Courts Plus Fitness Center's cardio room comprises of treadmills, elliptical trainers, steppers, bikes, rowers and more. Additionally, the center offers personal training and child care facilities. Courts Plus Fitness Center undertakes youth programs that include Swimming Lessons and Swim Team as well as Youth Strength Training.
