So far this has been a very nice apartment complex. The community is under new management, which explains why I've had such a positive experience in contrast to some of the older reviewers here....

Back at again with the flooding that should have been fixed two years ago. Last week my bathroom floor was covered with water after heavy rain. All maintenance did was put more sandbags outside....

I lived here for a year and enjoyed my time here as much as I could. I didn't end up being a fan of Charlotte or the University area in general but these apartments were nice and had a great price...

Do you like hot showers? If so, then, run, don't walk -- anywhere but here, because in all my life I've never had as many cold showers in one building as I've had here in Hunt Club apartments....
