At FITFAST20 we offer EMS training and 3D Health Scans. Our 20-minute training sessions are always conducted with a certified trainer. People of all age groups and fitness levels can train with EMS. Knowing how difficult it can be to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle, especially with a busy schedule, we offer a unique training method that will help you reach your goals with minimum time investment. EMS-Training is designed as full body personal training and as such promotes weight loss, increases physical strength, stimulates muscle growth, and improves sports performance. The workout can be adapted to numerous training goals and FITFAST20 is dedicated to assisting you in reaching these goals. Your progress can be tracked by using our fast, private, and contactless body scan. We use the Styku Model S100, the latest technology in 3D body scanning and a non-invasive method to measure and track body fat% and body composition changes. The scanning process takes only 35 to 40 seconds and can be done in leggings, short, and any other form fitting clothes. Automated reports of the scan will be sent to you via email so that you have access to them anytime.
