The Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids franchise opened it's location in Charlotte, NC, in the Rivergate Shopping Center in Steele Creek, on Monday, July 24, 2017. The original Cookie Cutters was opened in 1994, as an independent children's salon. Currently, this franchise has over 48 locations in the US and Canada combined and is rapidly growing. The owners of the Rivergate location look forward to opening more salons in Charlotte, and its surrounding areas.
