Community Innovations

Community Innovations, formerly known as PC Contract Management, is a privately held corporation that provides person-centered support services to individuals with disabilities. It offers residential care, day treatment and other community services. Community Innovations also provides community-based services for people with mental illness, developmental disabilities and addictive disorders. It is a member of National Preparedness Month Coalition. Located in Greensboro, N.C., Community Innovations is a member company of the Saguaro Group of companies that include Saguaro Management and Accounting Services, Triumph, and Arizona Healthcare Contract Management Services. The Saguaro Group supports and has a strong affiliation with Carolina Behavioral Care and Community Concepts.
