Colerain Elementary School

Colerain Elementary offers a range of academic and enrichment programs. The school enrolls more than 290 students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. It conducts content writing tests and dance contests. Colerain Elementary administers the Get the Jacket Campaign program. The school operates a parent-teacher association and student advisory council. Colerain Elementary offers speech therapy and guidance counseling programs, as well as transportation and health care services. The school also offers lessons in English, physical education, mathematics, and vocational and occupational studies. In addition, it provides reading skills development classes. The school administers special education programs for students with special needs. Colerain Elementary is governed by Bertie County Schools.
