History

In 2005, Gerri McKinley and Maria Wilson, along with a chosen group of experienced agents, formed Coastal Rivers Realty in Washington, North Carolina. Later, in 2006, Coastal Rivers Realty joined a number one real estate franchise in the world - Coldwell Banker. The sole focus was to adhere to their core principles, which were: Knowledge, Experience, and Professionalism. Focusing on those values allowed the firm to become the top selling real estate company in Beaufort County in less than four years. Gerri and Maria decided to apply the successful business model of Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty to the ever-expanding Greenville/Pitt County, North Carolina market by adding a second office in 2007.
