The employee was not helpful at all and had no clue what I was inquiring about and sold me something that I didn't even won't or need by telling me that it was universal and woodwork guaranteed it...

Every time I go there they are very helpful. They are very gracious when answering any question I might have. I would highly recommend using this store. They always have what I need.
