Clayton Police Department

The Clayton Police Department, established in 1869, maintains patrol and investigative services divisions. In addition, it has a code enforcement unit that addresses public health and safety issues, including regulations related to garbage, removal of vegetation, zoning, dangerous buildings, housing and inoperable vehicles on private property.
