I walked in to have my watch's bracelet adjusted to fit my wrist. While waiting, Claudio fixed the bezel on my other watch. I was in and out in 10 minutes and he repaired my bezel free of charge....

I started Claudio's Watch Repair in 1994 in Waxhaw to provide quality and affordable watch repair to watch owners in the Charlotte area. Through out the years the watch industry has gone through many changes, we have kept up with many of them first by becoming a CW21 certified watchmaker and recently taking the Omega evaluation training, this along with keeping up with the latest in tools and testing technologies we strive to bring you the best service possible.
