CJ's BBQ is family owned and operated by Connie J. Garland, and Chad & Kanitha Riddle. They have all worked or managed food in some way during their lives, but always wanted that true reward of starting their own business. All the recipes are family secrets, created and maintained by Chad Riddle, our resident Smoke Master. So if you're looking for good BBQ, go somewhere else, because we ONLY serve the best!
