We are an independent, family owned company founded in 1999. We strive to produce high quality, fresh breads and pastries for our retail and wholesale customers. We source products from local businesses when possible and we believe in giving back to our community through donations and interaction. An Asheville staple for over 20 years, we strive to serve some of the best sandwiches, salads, and soups in town. Artisan Breads, scratch-made pastries and desserts as well as great breakfast selections are available 7 days a week.

We love walking into this place: the hum of the breakfast crowd; the wood accents; big windows. Recommend the sticky buns! The coffee is intelligentsia and served in real mugs.

Great atmosphere and great food. This was a great spot for breakfast, just a few blocks from our Air BnB. The apple fritter was unique and delicious.
